Virtual Video Interviews

Create web videos quickly with virtual video interviews.  It’s a fast, simple, cost-effective way to create compelling videos potential customers will watch and take action on. How are they created?

Virtual Video Interviews are as simple as doing a Skype call or Google Hangout.  By planning the interview, I work with you to create short, focused videos that can be used for finding customers, explaining what you do, or whatever else you want.

There are 3 options: Skype Audio only, Google Hangout (single screen) or Skype video (side-by-side).  Here are examples of each:

Google Hangout (single screen):

This is a cost-effective solution that lets people see you speak, but doesn’t need the extra editing required of the Skype side-by-side approach. Here’s the basics:

  • Easy for you to create content – just answer questions!
  • The tech is relatively simple to do.
  • More cost-effective than side-by-side
  • Background designed to match your website and brand.
  • Can be used for marketing, promotion, and on YouTube
  • Gives you space for including quotes, key points, etc.
  • Created using Google Hangouts.

Skype (side-by-side)

This is a great solution if you want to have you and the interviewer both appear at the same time.  Here’s the basics:

  • Interviewer and interviewee appear side-by-side
  • Lots of space for text to include key points, etc.
  • Background can match your branding and website.
  • As simple as doing a Skype call.
  • Videos can be used for promotion, branding, education, and more.
  • Videos can appear on your YouTube channel.

Create multiple videos with a single interview

What’s really cool is that you can create 5 or more videos from a single interview.  In the video above we did a “Top 5 tips” longer version, and then created a shorter video for each of the 5 tips.

These are great because:

  • You can create the numerous videos in one interview.
  • Uses content people want to see (Top 5 tips/ questions/ etc)
  • Shorter videos can be used on YouTube, your blog, etc.
  • Longer video can be used as a way to get people to sign up on your list.
